Selle Italia will return to the jersey of Wilier-Southeast. The Italian saddle manufacturer will co-sponsor the ProContinental team as they did in 2012 and 2013, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport . It is not clear whether Southeast will remain involved in the team.
Wilier-Southeast won 18 races this season, including twelve by Jakub Mareczko. The biggest name in the squad is Filippo Pozzato, but the Italian last won a race in 2013.
Wilier-Southeast has often changed names over the years. The team started as ISD-Neri in 2007 and have also had Farnese Vini, Neri Sottoli, Yellow Fluo, Alé and Venezuela on the jersey. Next year the team will be known as Wilier-Selle Italia.
