The Tour de San Luis 2015 marked the debut of the Nippo - Vini Fantini team. The Italian formation was put on display with some good placings of Eduard Grosu and Nicolas Marini in the sprints while Giacomo Berlato was part of two breakaways.

Sports director Stefano Giuliani is pleased with what he saw. "We are happy with our debut because we were competitive and protagonists. Our group of young people moved well right from the start, demonstrating the big potential that we have in our group. With a little bit of luck and no crashes that took out Grosu, I'm sure we could have done something more, but we are not complaining. Now we will work well tp build for a great spring."
