Having been unable to defend his rainbow jersey, Tony Martin has brought his season to an end. The German won't defend his title in Sunday's Chrono des Nations.
On Sunday, the final race on the European calendar takes place. The Chrono des Nations is an individual time trial of 51.530km around Les Herbiers. Last year's winner, Tony Martin, won't be at the start, just like world champion Bradley Wiggins. Gustav Larsson (IAM Cycling) and Sylvain Chavanel (IAM Cycling) who were second and third in 2013 respectively, will both be present.
