The Italien Rinaldo Nocentini finished second of the Milan-Turin, just behind Giampaolo Caruso (Katusha Team). The Ag2r La Mondiale rider entrusted to the Associazione Ciclista Arona on this performance :

"On the Vuelta, I suffered a shoulder injury and I did a lot of effort into making a good step, which was not the case for the other five. But it allowed me to train myself and now the condition is there. I am really happy what I did, this second place gives me the morale for the Tour of Lombardy and of the next season."

He will share the leadership this weekend on Il Lombardia with the French Romain Bardet and Alexis Vuillermoz.
