Rinaldo Nocentini is still facing a challenging task if he wants to continue his career. The experienced Italian has not signed a contract for next year, and in recent times there have not been any new developments. 

Nocentini has shared his thoughts on his personal Facebook page, explaining that he will reveal more about his plans for the future in the coming days.

"Sorry for my absence. I will soon tell about my new plans,” he writes. “I wanted to reassure those who ask me every day what I will do next season. If I could choose myself, I would ride for another 3 or 4 years, but unfortunately my dear French friends (his former Ag2r team, ed.) have changed their plans without warning me and so I only find teams that are already full. But I am not the kind of person who is on the attack. I wanted to finish my career with much more serenity but I'm used to facing challenges. There are too many people who play the dirty game and after nine years I would never have believed them to do this. But I was wrong! Patience! I have contacts and you will soon know everything.”
