Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team has announced the selection that will participate in Japan Cup, a 151.3km one-day hill circuit road race on Sunday, October 20th.

The team wants to finish off their season just as well as they started it. The team has 56 victories this season and Davide Bramati hopes to keep up the momentum the team has had this season.

"We're very motivated to try and get a good result," Sport Director Davide Bramati said to the OPQS website. "It's the last race of the season for OPQS, and we want to close a successful season on a high note. We won 56 road races this year — the second straight year we approached 60 victories on the road. We are proud of this and want to do our best to carry this momentum into the final race of 2013 in Japan. We have a good team that is able to be a factor on this kind of parcours, so we will try to be a part of the key actions and, why not, try to do something if it is possible in the final."

One of the riders, who will be riding the Japan Cup, is Matteo Trentin. The young Italian was very impressive this summer and took his first big win as professional, when he won the 14th stage of Tour de France.
