Pirmin Lang (30) will not take the start of the Tour of the Basque Country on Monday. The Swiss IAM Cycling rider is suffering from bronchitis, and consequently will not be able to participate in the race. In agreement with the medical staff, the team management prefers to let the rider rest at home in order to recover for his upcoming races.
IAM Cycling has selected Jarlinson Pantano (26) to replace Lang at the Basque Country tour.
