Thibaut Pinot has decided that his main goals for the first part of the 2015 season are the Volta a Catalunya and the Vuelta al Pais Vasco. After his third place finish in the 2014 Tour de France, the FDJ leader also wants to focus on Fleche Wallonne.

Pinot has announced his race schedule in L'Equipe and makes it clearGrand Prix de la Marseillaise, Etoile de Bessèges and Tour of Oman will be the first three races in 2015

Then he will do the Volta a Catalunya and the Vuelta al Pais Vasco as he has done every year since 2012 before deciding his next steps in reaching his ultimate goal of the Tour de France in July.. Last he finished 13th and 9th in the Spanish races respectively.

Pinot also confirmed that he will make his debut in the Ardennes, mainly in the Fleche Wallonne to check the final climb of the Mur de Huy which will host the finish of the third stage of the Tour de France.
