Tinkoff-Saxo will line up most of their Giro roster at the Tour de Romandie which starts tomorrow. Giro leaders Rafal Majka and Nicolas Roche will use the race to finalize their preparations and wil be joined by Evgeny Petrov, Pawel Poljanski and Ivan Rovny who will also be at the start line in the Italian grand tour.
