Pierre Rolland did a great race last year at the Giro d’Italia. The Team Europcar rider seems to like a lot this race.

He tweeted last week in French: “Quand je vois des étapes comme hier, je me dis que le @giroditalia est la plus belle des courses. Par contre dur à regarder #cadonnetropenvie (in english: “When I see stages like yesterday, I think that the @giroditalia is the most beautiful race of all. In contrast it is the hardest to watch #itmakesyouenvious).”

In 2014, Rolland finished fourth overall in the 2014 Giro d’Italia, 5 minutes and 46 secondes behind Nairo Quintana (Movistar Team), the winner.
