Tomorrow Team Dimension Data for Qhubeka will start the Tre Valli Varesine, our penultimate Italian one-day race of the season. The UCI 1.HC event starts in the city of Saronno and will finish after 193km in Varese.

Team Dimension Data for Qhubeka will start the Tre Valli Varesine tomorrow with hopes of a podium placing and to fine tune the form ahead of the final monument of the season on Saturday, Il Lombardia. The Tre Valli Varesine route will see riders take a 77km trip to Varese from Saronno which includes 10km of climbing just before coming into town. There will then be 9 laps of a 13km undulating circuit around Varese and so the punchy climbers and smaller sprinters generally fancy their chances at Varesine.

The African Team will have a line-up well suited to the parcours with Krisitan Sbaragli, who finished 6th at last year's edition of the race, leading the way once again. Serge Pauwels, Omar Fraile, Igor Anton, Kanstantsin Siutsou, Jaco Venter, Adrien Niyonshuti and Natnael Berhane ensure they will start with one of the strongest teams in the race.

Omar Fraile said:

"I look forward to returning to Italy once again. It is always nice to race in Italy and these races which take place earlier in the morning are very enjoyable. I hope to show some good form in these final races of the year and it will be good to end the season off well with one more good result. "
