In the Tour de Langkawi, the silvered jerseys of the team Southeast have obtained great results but still want to win a stage. Today in Karak it was another podium for the young sprinter Jakub Mareczko: second place behind leader of the race Caleb Ewan. Furthermore, Alessandro Petacchi was sixth.

"Another podium", says Jakub Mareczko. "The team worked well, Petacchi was on the right side during the sprint, behind Guardini. I tried on the left side with Dal Col. Ewan passed me and won, I'm second again. We will try to win the last stage on Sunday."

"We were ready", says Alessandro Petacchi. "At 500 meters we were four riders, with Mareczko, Dal Col and Bertazzo. I stayed behind Guardini on the right side. Great job of Dal Col in deciding for the left side with Kuba. We will try to do the best on Sunday in the last stage."

Tomorrow the seventh stage will finish on Fraser's Hill after 180km.
