In 2016, Fabio Silvestre will represent the colors of the Leopard Development Team. After two years at Trek Factory Racing, Silvestre returns to the team which he left after the 2013 season.

"Two weeks ago, Silvestre managed to finish seven times in the top ten in the Tour of Hainan. Earlier this season, he also had good results in the USA Pro Challenge, Catalonia and the Ruta del Sol. In May he also completed his first Grand Tour at the Giro d'Italia," the team said in a statement-

In 2013 - his last season with Leopard - he won the Triptyque des Monts et Chataux and stages in the Tour de Normandie, Circuit des Ardennes and Tour de l'Oise. Furthermore, he finished in the top five five times in the Volta a Portugal. During his time at Leopard, he was very happy to be part of the team. 

"I liked that we were all one big family. I made friends for life and we managed to get some great successes. They are good memories. Once again, I want to achieve personal team goals," says the 25-year old Portuguese.
