The Czech Zdenek Stybar (Omega Pharma-Quick Step) won Binche-Tournai-Binche beating by a few meters a group controlled by the German John Degenkolb (Giant Shiamno). This race is the ultimate cycling event listed in category 1.1.

He attacked in the last kilometer and he resisted to the back of the peloton. Degenkolb took the 2nd place just before the Belgian champion, Jens Debusschere (Lotto Belisol Team).
