"Operation over! Everything went great!! I have a heart that did not fit in the chest. Thanks to everyone," José Joaquin Rojas tweeted after awakening from the heart surgery which he has undergone in the Navarra Hospital this morning to correct a heart ailment that was discovered last week.

Yesterday Rojas told BiciCiclismo that: "It's a disease that was diagnosed last week after tests with electrocardiogram and ultrasound. I was found to have an arrhythmia."
