Next year the European Cyclo-cross Championships will take place in the Czech city of Tabor, according to reports in several Belgian media. Tabor was also the host city for the World Championships in 2015 whenthe rainbow jersey went to Mathieu van der Poel.
Last weekend the European Championships were held in the French city of Pontchâteau where the races were held over two days. Next year all categories will ride on the Sunday.
It is not the first time that the European Championships will be held Tabor. In 2003 the Czech city was the organizers of the event but back then there was no race for the elite men.
This year Toon Aerts won the elite title.
