Team Sky's Classics riders have spent the last 12 days working hard at an altitude training in Tenerife to give themselves the best possible chance of success in the upcoming one-day races - starting with Milan-San Remo on Sunday.
A camera crew joined the squad at the top of the Teide volcano to capture a behind-the-scenes video which takes you inside one of their most intense training rides and features insights from Geraint Thomas and Edvald Boasson Hagen.
Cameras were fitted to the front of the team car, Ian Stannard's helmet, Gabriel Rasch's handlebars, and a camera man was shooting directly from the passenger seat:
