According to the Spanish website AS, Fernando Alonso will not manage a team on the World Tour or Pro Continental league in 2015. In fact, the Union Cycliste Internationale has not received any registration from the Formula 1 driver while the deadline to file a license application was fixed for the October 1st. 

Brian Cookson, the UCI President had announced that he had received no request from Alonso, who nevertheless working for several months on his cycling team, for an inscription on the World Tour.
