After taking his first Danish Time Trial title during the week, Chris Juul Jensen’s boss at Tinkoff-Saxo Oleg Tinkov has tweeted saying the rider wont be on his squad next year.
“Pity not to see you in my squad next year,” Tinkov tweeted the Dane, suggesting that contract negotiations might not be taking place.
Juul Jensen has clearly upped his level this year, helping Alberto Contador win the Giro d’Italia and the Route du Sud, as well as coming close to winning a stage in the French race on two occasions thanks to aggressive racing.
Team Sky are being touted as a possible destination for the 26 year old.
