"You keep pedaling and want to get to the finish as soon as possible."
Those were the words of Astana's Dario Cataldo after stage six Giro d'Italia. Cataldo and all his teammates were ahead in the last 20km to avoid the danger of falls, but 300 metres from the finish Paolo Tiralongo was involved in a big crash.
Tiralongo fortunately not suffered serious consequences and will be at the start of the seventh stage.
Fabio Aru is still wearing the white jersey as Best Young Rider and he's in second place in General Classification behind Alberto Contador of Spain.
