The TOUR Transalp powered by Sigma is the most famous and spectacular amateur stage race across Europe.

A stage race for teams-of-two, with its unique structure and organization leads in seven day stages across the Alps and Dolomites. The TOUR Transalp is the original of this format of alpine crossing and goes into its 15th round next year. Years of experience have produced the improved quality as well as the sophisticated organization and event structure.

The 2016 edition wrapped up just a couple of weeks ago with a fantastic ending in Riva del Garda. Now, Italy Race Organisers of the classic for the teams of two have announced the date for the 15th event edition of the race.

From June 25th till July 1st, 2017, Europe's most spectacular cycling stage race for the average Joe will once again lead the participants across the main Alpine ridge.

The race's seven stages will cover 900 kilometers and 19.000 meters of altitude over 20 mountain passes.
