Trek-Segafredo are the latest team to throw their name into the ring to sign Alberto Contador at the end of the season, according to reports from Biciciclismo.
Contador was hoping to create his own team for 2017, but with that looking less and less likely, other teams are homing in, expecting him to go back on his call to retire at the end of the season.
Lampre-Merida are the other team who have openly admitted they are desperate to sign the 33 year old Spanish climber.
