LAMPRE-MERIDA's technical staff and the team's management have selected the 8 members of the line-up for the Milano-Sanremo (19th March).
The team, which will be directed by Mario Scirea, will be completely Italian and be made up of Matteo Bono, Mattia Cattaneo, Davide Cimolai, Roberto Ferrari, Sacha Modolo, Manuele Mori, Diego Ulissi and Federico Zurlo.
For a sprint, LAMPRE-MERIDA's hopes will be on a reliable trio: Modolo, who was 4th in his first partecipation in the Classicissima, Cimolai, 9th in the 2015 edition, and Ferrari.
Bono is the most keen attacker of the bunch, thanks to his presence in the main breakaway of the 2014 and 2015 editions, and he'll receive the support from two young talents at their debut in the Classicissima, Zurlo and Cattaneo.
Ulissi, with Mori as domestique, will fight on the hills in the final part of the race.
