This week Wanty-Groupe Gobert will ride the Tour de l'Ain and the Artic Race of Norway.

The Tour de l'Ain in France is een race for climbers. The first stage should suit the sprinters. Then it becomes more difficult and the race will be decided in the final two stages which both have a significant amount of climbing. Guillaume Martin and Thomas Degand will be the riders for the GC.

Gaëtan Bille, Marco Minnaard, Frederik Veuchelen and our stagiaire Xandro Meurisse will help the team captains. Frenchman Guillaume Martin is looking forward to this race.

"I'm happy to ride the Tour de l'Ain. It is a beautiful race. There is a stronger field than usual. I have ambitions for this race. I feel good at the moment. I think a top five in the GC is possible", Guillaume Martin hopes.

Another part of the team will take part in the Artic Race of Norway. It is one of the most beautiful races of the year. It is a four-day stage race. The line-up for this race consists of Marco Marcato, Björn Thurau, Danilo Napolitano, Kevin Van Melsen, Simone Antonini and Lander Seynaeve.
