Wanty-Groupe Gobert presents its new team kit for the 2015 season. Blue remains the principal colour for the team that received a procontinental license for next year. Wanty and Groupe Gobert remain the title sponsors but new on the jersey is B&R Bouwgroep.
B&R Bouwgroep is a holding of around 20 companies including several construction companies but also specialized firms in electricity, concrete and road infrastructure. They cooperate internally with among others a logistical company, making it a strong holding.
Cooperation to ensure everyone can excel in his own specialty, is also the foundation of the Wanty-Groupe Gobert success. By working together the team achieved a second place in the UCI Europe Tour and a grand total of ten victories.
Next to the introduction of B&R Bouwgroep, Wcup, the sports nutrition partner, and CUBE, the team’s new bike sponsor, are included in the new team kit.
The last to make an appearance on the jersey is Palmans. After a year away from the sport, the Belgian transport company returns to cycling as sponsor of Wanty-Groupe Gobert.
The team clothing is manufactured by GSG in Italy.
“This will be our second season as partner of the team,“ marketing manager Alessandro Costa comments. “We were happy with the results and the visibilty in 2014. This strong partnership will hopefull result in an increase in sales of custom made cycling clothing in the Benelux area. Just like the Wanty-Groupe Gobert team management we hope for great results and for a Grand Tour wildcard in 2015.”
