Wanty has decided to continue its sponsorship of the eponymous cycling team until 2018, as announced in a statement from the main sponsor of the Pro Continental team Wanty-Group Gobert.

"2018 is not a randomly chosen date because the Belgian championships will take place in Binche in two years. The race will pass close to the headquarters of the company and to see one of our riders win the tricolor jersey at our home would be the icing on the cake of our participation in cycling."

The team is currently training in Benidorm (Alicanete) and prepares for the new season. In February, the team will make its debut in the Tour of Qatar and Tour of Oman.
