After a sabbatical year, the sixth edition of Boonen and Friends, the charity cross on the shores of the Zilvermeer in Mol, will be held on November 28. The field is not yet complete, but Marcel Kittel and Andre Greipel have already confirmed their participation.

One hour before the current pros take to the scene, there will be a champion's cross, a race with former cyclo-cross riders and private companies at the start. It will be the scene of a duel between Niels Albert and Bart Wellens who recently retired. The two former world champions have confirmed their participation.
