Lieuwe Westra will soon sign a new contract with Astana. The new deal will link him to the team from Kazakhstan until 2017.

 

"It's still not completely finalized, but it looks very good," the Dutchman told AD after the team presentation in Utrecht.

 

On Saturday, the Tour de France starts in Utrecht. Westra will make his second appearance for Astana, where he will support leader Vincenzo Nibali.
