Earlier this month Team Sky announced that Bradley Wiggins would make his season debut at the Challenge Mallorca this week. However, the Brit has changed his mind and will instead do his first race at the Tour of Qatar.

Sky have announced their rosters for the four one-day races in Mallorca and Wiggins is no longer part of the line-ups.

For the opening stage which is expected to suit the fast finishers, the team will take to the start with sprinters Elia Viviani, Andew Fenn and Ben Swift and they will be supported by Ian Boswell, Bernhard Eisel, Christian Knees, Danny Pate and Xabier Zandio.

Friday's second race is a hilly affair and this means that the line-up will significantly change. Swift, Zandio, Boswell and Knees will again be at the start and will be joined by strong climbers Phil Deignan, Vasil Kiryienka, Leopold Konig and Kanstantsin Siutsou.

Saturday's third race is another tough one and this means that the team will again be dominated by climbers. Boswell and Zandio will ride for the third day in a row while Deignan, Kiryienka, König and Siutsou will also be doing both the hilly races. Eisel and Pate will replace Swift and Knees.

The race series ends on Sunday with a fast criterium in Palma and this means that Sky will again rely on their fast men. Viviani, Swift, Fenn and Eisel will form a strong lead-out train and they will be able to rely on support from Knees, Pate, Kiryienka and Zandio, with the latter being the only rider to do all four races.

Sky also announced their roster for the inaugural Cadel Evans Road Race where the team will mainly be composed of riders that did the Tour Down Under. Richie Porte, Luke Rowe, Peter Kennaugh and Ian Stannard will be back in action and they will be joined by Nathan Earle for Sunday's race.
