On the eve of the team time trial at the Critérium du Dauphiné, the BMC Racing Team rode conservatively in the peloton Monday as a bunch sprint capped the day.
Nacer Bouhanni (Cofordis, Solutions Credits) took the win ahead of Samuel Dumoulin (AG2R La Mondiale) and Sacha Modolo (Lampre-Merida). All eight of the BMC Racing Team's riders finished in the same time as the winner.
Four of the six riders from the BMC Racing Team's world championship team time trial squad will compete in Tuesday's 24.5-kilometer team time trial: Rohan Dennis, Tejay van Garderen, Daniel Oss and Manuel Quinziato. The BMC Racing Team will be the third of 21 teams to start.
Peter Kennaugh (Team Sky) remained the race leader.
