Tinkoff-Saxo team director Sean Yates insisted that Peter Sagan, who collects podium places on this Tour de France and is now only 12 points behind Andre Greipel in the fight for his 4th successive green jersey, was not frustrated by the lack of victories.
"Peter is happy right now. He has pretty good results and the green jersey is within reach. You don't have to be pure sprinter to win the green jersey. Sean Kelly won it twice in his time. To win it, you must also be able to go for points in harder stages. Peter has got the speed, but he's not a sprinter," he told Letour.fr
